Bowtech® is a gentle form of body work where a series of moves are made over muscle and connective tissue. These moves send messages to the body and nervous system to restore the body's cellular memory of a relaxed, balance state of wellbeing. Bowen Therapy is considered appropriate for everyone from newborns to the elderly. Please wear light clothing and avoid other soft tissue therapies for a week after your Bowtech® session.
